I teach the instant gratification of felting. The techniques I teach I have created myself so that they are achievable for anyone who attends my workshops. I have been teaching Felting for over 14 years around Lincolnshire and love to teach my students the magic of felting beautiful flower shapes. We will use beads and wire to add centres and stamens to the flowers. One of the flowers will be for the Charles Worth display and the other you can take home. Learn how to make 2 wet felted flowers using Merino Wool roving and silk fibres. The techniques are easy for anyone to follow. This course will focus on playing with colours and is a great introduction to wet felting. With a bit of hot water and soap we will agitate the fibres using our hands so that they stick together (felt) and then learn how to sculpt them into shapes.
